Damaged Hollow Core slab - improper shoring.

Working on a project where we needed roof penetrations in an existing hollow core slab so we designed and fabricated custom hanger beams to create these new openings. Problem being is when the contractor went to cut the hollow core slab it’s looks like they didn’t properly shore the slab above causing spalling and cracking of the slab. We’re trying to determine whether or not this whole panel needs to be replaced or if it’s or whether or not it’s salvageable..
