do u know how to calculate or where to find the calculation methods to determine the dynamic coefficients of hydrodynamic tilting pad journal bearing, including stiffness and damping coefficients

A good starting place to find calculation methods and results for stiffness and damping coefficients of tilting pad radial bearings is the recent review of the topic in:
Nicholas,J.C. (2003), "Lund's Tilting Pad Journal Bearing Pad Assembly Method", Trans.ASME/J.Vibration and Acoustics, Vol.125, No.4, October, pp.448-454
This is a 50 year review of the technology development, focused on Jorgen Lund's 1964 seminal paper, which gives 31 key references on the subject. Included in these references are 1979 and 1982 papers on 4 and 5-pad bearing stiffness and damping coefficients by the U.Virginia/ROMAC consortium authors who have done much of the recent work in this area.
 
I use a software (ARMD from RBTS company in the US) that calculates the coeff you are loking for.
I also have a batch of curves giving the coefficients versus the Sommerfeld number. Much cheaper !!!
