Data conversion

I have a pkg file and when I try File->Import->IDEAS Library Data, select the pkg file, and then it display the warning Data conversion requiered.

any ideas

What version wrote the file and waht version are you trying to open the file in?

Sounds like the data is from a UNIX installation and you are importing it to a PC one (or vice-versa).

When you hit OK a Command Prompt window should open which then converts the data and asks you to import it a second time. This time it will bring it into the TDM

If anything different from this is happening then reply back.
