Date and Time for SE Callout Text

Hello Guys,

Our team uses SE v20 and we have multiple win7 and winXP machines. when we open a drawing from winXP the callout date shows 2012 Company Name but when we open the same drawing from win7 the callout date shows 11/28/2012 Company Name. Is there anyway where I can remove the month and day? so it will appear the same way it appears in winXP.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

It could be something to do with how the date is formatted in Windows on each computer, but
to restrict the property text to just the year add /@yyyy after the date property.
If you have used a custom property it must be formatted as type "date" not as text.
