Datum Tag on Feature

Hi, I'm hoping ya'll can help me. I've been looking around various sites for a while, and can't seem to find a simple way to create a datum tag on a feature, in this case, the outer diameter of an injection molded part. I want to tag the OD similar to the way shown in the attached image. Right now, creo is only letting me tag datum planes and axis. Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is possible with the standard procedure, but you can create your own datum tag symbol and attach it as in your picture.
