DC Motor of ETC

I have two questions about DC Motors.
1-What are key and important parameters for small DC Motors such as kinds of them that are mounting in Automotives ETCs(Electric Throttlebodies)?
2-Which types of equipment are required for test and measurement?

Those are generally stepper motors. Test procedures should be in the factory service manual. Specs for each motor - torque, speed, step increment / pulses per rev, current etc - are application specific. More information in your question = better answers.
