DCP vs. Young Modulus

Hi guys,

By any chance, would anyone have any ideas on estimating an effective value of Young's modulus from DCP results?

I've come across some relationships between SPT and Young's modulus, but can't seem to find anything linking DCP to E`.

Any guidance greatly appreciated.

Here we go again - please give definition of YOUR DCP. There are a number of different systems out there all calling themselves DCP. In Canada - 50 mm 60deg cone attached to A-rod driven by 65 kg hammer dropping 750 mm; there is the miniature DCP developed by the British (TTRL) used in road investigations; there is Sowers DCP - a bit in between . . .
