Dead Bus Live Line Relay

Can you plz give me the reference of a dead bus live line relay in Schneider, Siemens, ABB, SEL or equivalent which can do the function in attached doc? Thks

Won't open any random Word doc, but any decent modern line or feeder protective relay provides that type of functionality for free.

I use a SEL-351S for that. It also doubles as a breaker failure, and trip-close functions.

But as David said, there are others.

Agreed. The 351S is a good choice also. We use them in all our substations.
