Aug 8, 2019 #3 WARose Structural Mar 17, 2011 5,593 Agree with Hokie.....although I'm not sure I've seen deadman design in Bowles 5th ed.......but I'm almost positive in was in the 4th ed. EDIT: Pardon me....it is in the 5th ed. (p.778, under the heading "block anchors".) Upvote 0 Downvote
