Dear Sir As per NACE MR 0175/ ISO 15156-2 CLAUSE 7.4
Is it required to carry hardness test for the material if plate cut by using gas cutting machine as per NACE requirement?

If the stated criterion of 7.4 for having to perform hardness testing is achieved, then, yes. Even if it is not achieved, the end user may still instigate such testing as deemed necessary.
