Decal visible in shaded mode

how can I add a decal as the image attached and showed in a shaded mode to all my colleague ?

With your cursor in the model display window, press MB3 and select...

Rendering Style -> Studio

thank you...I thought that to add a decal I need a Studio license, but for anly view in a shaded mode a simple Mach1 can permite...but no.
Anyway...thank you...

P.S: Product 'Evangelist' what does it mean ?
