How is the foam and water that is poured on top of an Aluminium IFR tank in the event of fire drained into the liquid.
Thanks in Advance.

There is no plan for that. Most aluminum decks have drains but they are of limited usefulness particularly since many vendors skimp on quantity to minimize cost and emissions. The one aluminum deck that has no drains is much stronger but of course won't drain. You are stuck with using a vac hose to get the liquid off both, or landing them and destroying the ones with drains that are weaker. If the deck survives you can punch holes in the sheeting to let the solution drain down.
