Deck Support at Continuous Wall

Guys, I need a clarification, joist frames into CMU wall and deck supported by joist at wall side, should we provide deck support this location or not needed? because deck is not supported continuously, also wall is not stopped at floor level, please provide your valuable comment's.

It depends of you are using you wall as the diaphragm chord or if you need an edge angle for that purpose. Also may depend on your diaphragm design and joist rollover capacity. There may also me some constructability reasons for having at least a light gage angle there.
