Set FILEDIA and CMDDIA to 1 if you've lost dialogue boxes....

You can do a few things. Set up a profile with the settings the way you want and then set up a template with the settings you want. When starting a new drawing start with the template. Usually things get "unset" when certain routines or customization run that does not return things to their previous settings.

Thanks for the replies, all.

However, I would still like to know the answer to my original question: given that it's so easy for settings to change, how can one revert one's entire environment/hotkeys, etc. to the original default settings?

I can't believe there isn't a way...

TIA.
