Hi All,

In one of my simulations I need to move a rigid body along a pre-defined path in Abaqus. The path is 2D but it is not simple and it is a polyline and I cannot define amplitude for the X-Y directions in the boundary condition when I want to move the rigid body. I have the path from geometry and want to use it for movement of the rigid body.

I have attached an example photo which illustrates the question. I appreciate if someone please help me fix this issue.

Can you share example path with any CAD data format like iges?
