Define stiffness in two directions?

I have a rubber brick which has a given stiffness (and a given Youngs modulus for its width*length*height) in the horizontal and vertical direction.

Since the Youngs modulus is dependent on the dimensions of the rubber brick, I can't get both the vertical and horizontal stiffness to be correct, only one. Is there a way to define a Youngs modulus for vertical direction and one for horizontal direction? Making the material data not Isotropic.

Easiest way would probably be to define the:

E1, E2, E3 (Youngs moduli in global X,Y,Z direction)
Nu12, Nu13, Nu23 (Poisson's ratio in global X,Y,Z direction)
G12, G13, G23 (Shear moduli in global X,Y,Z direction)?

when I have vertical/horizontal stiffness and the W*L*H of the rubber bricks?
