Defining ALE Adpative Mesh Domain for crash simulation

Hi everyone! I'm using linear tet element for a car shape solid to simulate front impact in Abaqus/Explicit. I have defined velocity using "predefined field" in both "initial" and "dynamic, explicit" step. Then in the dynamic step I added gravity load, "frictionless" contact between the road and the car, and "normal - hard contact" for the front contacting area between the wall and the car.

The model seems running up to this point if I set a very short time that it doesn't hit the wall.

Then I added ALE adaptive mesh constraint for the front part of the car, hoping ALE could control meshing for the large deformation in the front. However no matter how I chose the whole solid body or just chose surfaces, the error message told me "ALE adaptive mesh constraint requires definition of adaptive mesh domains." My question is how should I define adaptive mesh domain correctly?

Could anyone help me look at the .inp file and see where I did wrong that there's no adaptive mesh domain? Should I define the adaptive mesh domain from other modules, e.g. Mesh module?

Thank you very very much!

Define ALE mesh domain in STEP module ; Other -> ALE Adaptive Mesh Domain -> Manager. Then several options for the ALE meshing can be set from Other -> ALE Adaptive Mesh Controls -> Manager.

Thanks a lot it's working now!! The simulation took about 1.5hr to run!
