I am checking off "Wetted Area" and entered a velocity under the outlet tab on a Pond which defines an underground galley infiltration system

I am getting Error #530 which is "Wetted Area Required with Exfiltration Velocity"

I thought the program calculated the wetted area automaticlly based on the data that defined the galley system.

Am I missing something in inputting the data?

This sounds like a continuation of your previous thread. It's easier for everyone if you would continue to use the same thread. Anyway...

If you click the help button on that message it will give you a complete explanation of the situation and what you need to do to correct it.

Are you using the custom storage option to define the trench? If so, just change the shape option from Prismatic to Conic or Pyramidal. This is necessary because the prismatic shape doesn't have a unique solution for wetted area. For details see "Pond Shape" in HydroCAD help, or click the help button on the custom storage screen.
