Defining "stops" in assembly

Let's say I have a pulley on an axle that is free to move to both sides along the axle, but there are stops on the axle that prevent the pulley going past the stops. How do I define these stops in the SLDASM so that the pulley doesn't pass THROUGH through them when I Free Drag Move Component?
