Deflection Correction Factor

I am working on designs for some tunnel liners. the spec calls for using soils with 100 psf cohesion and a deflection correction factor of .6 . I figured out the cohesion issue but cannot find where to use the correction factor. Any help would be appreciated

I found it. It wasn't part of the load, it was part of the Arch pipe design issue.

Here is is. It uses a beam process to make sure the liner will not fail.
