Maybe Anybody can help me:
I've created a deformable part, based on swept body with forced direction to a referenz vector. Oh it works in the simplest form but if I change the position in assembley context the deformed part is using the direction of the assembley context, with curious results. What did I wrong with the deformed part ...

If you look at the Part Navigator of the assembly where the Deformed Part is being used, you will note that despite the fact that the Part was added as a Component, it's really being seen as a sort of linked solid model residing in the top-level assembly and as such it's using the assembly's frame of reference for any assumed directions and orientations.

However, without some idea of what the model looks like or what it is that you're attempting to reference that is controlling the shape/size of the part, it's kind of hard to offer any advice since in many cases it can be very part specific.

Not sure if it will help, but in the deformed part you should establish either a datum axis or a curve as you direction vector. Don't use one of the WCS axes. In part it seems that this should not be the logical solution, but deformable parts take inputs from both the component and the assembly so you would want to try doing as I suggested as a test before you go further.

Please let us know how this works out!
