Dear all hello
I'm working on two problems that I need references or standard about them so I really thank you if any one can introduce good standards about:
1-in separation equipment in petroleum industry, if along the separating process small amount of gas release how can I indicate that do we need degasser or not, we prefer to ignore degasser but if it does not cause any danger.
2-about erosion of solid particle in process equipment I need to know about max allowance particle size which could enter the equipment (separator and pump)

When you say "degasser" do you mean something like the GasBuster? This unit is designed to take gas out of a pumped liquid stream, I don't know how that applies to a separator. Do you have any more information on what it is you are talking about?
