Morning all,

Does anyone know how to display degrees of freedom with the new Assembly Constraints system in NX6?

NX2 used to display arrows that showed the degrees of freedom while you were mating in a component, but NX6 doesn't seem to do this.

Rob,

I don't believe there's anything similar in NX6.

You have to make use of the POSITION column in the Assembly Navigator for feedback.

We are implementing an option in NX 7.5 to display, on a Component by Component basis, graphical feedback as to the Assembly Constraint DOF's (Degrees of Freedom). These symbolic representations will be imposed on the Assembly model in the NX graphics window, similar to what we displayed prior to NX 5.0 with Mating Condition DOF's.
