Hello,
I have two questions about finding lamination in plate of Pressure vessel with thickness of more than 20 as per ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code:
1-In which part of ASME specifys that delamination test is mandatory for the plate of pressure vessel with thickness of more than 20 mm?
2-If delamination test is mandatory for the plate provided manufacturer of the plate didn't perform the test and didn't mention anything in plate certificate,when we must carry out the test, befor rolling or after rolling?
please specify its address in ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
