Gents, Any information on how many hours are required after welding a 537 CL 1 material together before we UT? Any info regarding delayed cracking in this type of material?

Typically, 24 hours minimum after welding with no PWHT.

If there is PWHT, the UT should just be performed after cool down to ambient temperature because there is no risk of delayed cracking. The PWHT temperature is high enough to allow hydrogen to diffuse out of the weld and surrounding base metal region.
