delete clearance plane

In Fixed contour operation, I defined 'common clearance' as a plane.
In a copied operation, when I try to redefine it, it seems that two planes appearing, and the old one is used. How can I delete the old one?
Im on NX 8.0.3.4

Only define new plane, old is deselected automaticaly - for me.

Thanks for Your answer, but even if I select a new plane, the old one is still remains, and the old plane is used, as You can see in the attached image. If I use a newly defined operation with the new plane, it makes the correct solution..
