Deleting Mapkeys

I'm not able to delete unwanted mapkeys. I can delete them from the mapkey menu you but they aren't deleted from the config file and return everytime it is loaded. What do I need to do to completely delete mapkeys?

Delete them from the config.pro file and they cannot return.
