Deleting PDMWorks Projects 1

This is my first time to post something like this, so please let me know if I'm not following the correct procedure.

I created a project in the PDMWorks VaultAdmin that I would now like to delete. Unfortunately, I did not include a Project Description when I saved the project. Now I receive a notice saying "error 21" everytime I try to delete it. Anybody have a solution for that?

I've never heard of PDMWorks before, but SolidWorks does have a tech support page. Have you tried contacting them?

Welcome to the fora! As it indeed seems that the product you are having problems with is a Solidworks product, you may indeed have good luck asking the question in the SolidWorks products (forum559).
