For mechanical/structural strength under long-term UV exposure, Delrin 507 seems to meet our criteria almost suspiciously well.

We're machining antenna element mountings, which will face years of daily UV at temperate latitudes. (45D North. The loadings will be fairly low, however.

Does anyone have long structural experience with Delrin 507?

and

Is $1.25 per nominal cubic inch about right for this material? (Professional Plastics)

Sources seem limited, so it seems likely we'll just have to suck it up.

(Oddly, thinner sheets are actually more expensive by almost 30 percent......)

Thanks!!

Acetal (Delrin) is rather poor to UV. Stabilisers improve it to just OK. It rather depends on what you consider long term and how much degradation you can tolerate.

UV stabilised nylon would be better.

UV stabilised PET would be better still.
