Dental Clinic Peninsula Sink

I am currently interning, so forgive any informality, and am trying to layout waste and vent plan for a dental clinic with sinks on a peninsula with no accessible wall for vent piping near by. I have included a screen shot of the situation and lengths, i was aware that a 2" vent pipe could go a max of 8' to a wall. I am not certain, but doubt i can go to the wall in the middle. Any advice would be helpful and ask any questions that I did not cover.

First, before somebody else gripes, there is a plumbing engineering forum.

If you do not have a wall nearby, you can do a combination waste and vent if you size the drain piping larger. In the International Plumbing Code, look in Chapter 9, around Section 912.

Read plumbing code on "island vents/venting". Talk with your mentor as well about your options.
Keep in mind that even though code has a limit on the distance between the trap and the vent, it is pretty generous. In Int'l Plumbing Code, see Table 909.1.

Dental chairs/sinks frequently come as packaged units and only require the most basic utility connections (water, vacuum, drain). Getting and studying equipment cut sheets are essential in generating proper plumbing system designs.

I apologize for the misplacement of the post, simply habit. Thank you both for the help and ill be talking with my mentor today about it. I had to use the white sheet because model space didn't show the hidden lines and i wanted to make clear of what the walls actually were, but none the less I'll take note in the future. Thank you again, always learning something.
