Depiction of Swagelok double block and bleed on P&IDs

What is being used to depict Swagelok double block and bleed process interface valves on P&IDs? I looked at ANSI/ISA-5.1 and didn't see anything unless I missed it.

I'd just show the standard ball/needle/ball valve symbols but put them inside a location box. Saves space in the field, not on the drawings.
