Anyone knows an instrument use to measure actual core loss, copper loss of an existing transformer..

These transformer parameters can be measured to a fairly good degree of accuracy using the standard open-circuit and short-circuit tests by measuring volts, current, and power.

If the transformer is in service and feeding a load, I don't know of any instrument intended for loss measurements. In theory you could measure power in and power out, but in all likelihood the uncertainty due to transducer error will be larger than the quantity you are trying to measure.
