Design and analysis of prefabricated metal rigid frame building

Where can I find information on analyzing a prefabricated steel rigid frame building. The owner wants to use the existing framing and add a new roof and wall system. The previous systems were damaged in a fire. I'm having trouble analyzing the tapered steel columns. Any useful info would be appreciated.

Try Design of Welded Structures by Omer W. Blodgett. It's a great reference for a huge amount of typical design problems. I bought one at Amazon.com for under 15$ (US)!
