Have you looked at what is available under the f(x) option on the Expression dialog? Also using KF (Knowledge Fusion) routines, which can be added to the items found under the f(x) button, you could pass data (expressions values) and return results (again, as expression values) to/from any external application (such as Maplesoft, Mathematica, etc.) as long as it can accept this sort of formatted exchange.
