Could be by way of a textbook or paper/thesis on the subject. I have a couple texts but they really only skim the surface of flat plate slabs. I'm really dying to see some good design examples in practice.

From what I've seen it almost feels like flat plate slab design is regressing (at least in my area). I'd really like to see some good designs to purge my mind from the horrors I've had to look at over the past 5 years. Floor layouts seem to be getting more complex, but detailing practices seem to be getting worse.

What I can generally find easily or readily access:
[ul]
[li]Bad designs[/li]
[li]Very bad designs[/li]
[li]Good designs but done on fairly straightforward (non-eccentric) layouts (common with public works whose plans are sometimes available to view publicly)[/li]
[li]Good designs that aren't actually flat plate slabs (with beams, etc...)[/li]
[/ul]

And instead of starting a second post, I'll just ask this here as well: What's your favorite concrete design text book?
