I am working on a project in Taiwan and their prominent/trendy structural system is Steel Reinforced Concrete. While I personally think this not a cost-effective solution, I must be responsive to my client and provide this as one alternative.

Does anyone know of any design guides or such in English (preferably free) that can assist me?
