Design Methodology for Precast Concrete Piperack

Is there any body to help me to design precast concrete piperack?

- connection details for column and spread footing
- connection details for column and longitudinal beam and also trans beam


Any comments and/or information would be helpful

Zhuge, I agree, however concrete may have a cheaper installed cost in developing countires where labour is inexpensive.
