Design of Buried Media Tension Lines of 10 km in Length 1

I am designing two electric lines of 10km of length approximately these lines must be buried, what criteria or what normative should take into account for this design, since I have crosses of rivers, marshes and crossings of asphalted roads, the lines are 13.8KV and Of 34 KV, I greatly appreciate your help.
