Design of Mobile pressure Vessel 1

Dear All,

I am required to design a Pressure vessel mounted on trailer which will carry compressed air. I want help on this what codes to be used for design of this and what factors should we consider during design.

Also I am in search of having suitable anti corrosive coating inside the vessel. Please do suggest if anyone has come across. (Plate material is Carbon Steel, SA 516 Gr 70)
