More information needed, such as a sketch of what the foundation is (a simple strip footing?), information of the ground conditions (depths, strength profile etc) and loads....

The first step is to calculate V[sub]max[/sub] and H[sub]max[/sub]. API has recommendations for these. After that the relevant V associated with a given H (or vice versa) is related using the inclination factors, i[sub]c[/sub]/i[sub]q[/sub]/i[sub]ϒ[/sub], which use H/H[sub]max[/sub] as an input.
