Design of overflow pipe size for ground storage tank 1

Hello Everyone,

I need to size an overflow pipe for a ground storage tank. The tank receives a pumped inflow of 42 L/s. I intend to install an overflow pipe with a funnel-shaped mouth that stands vertically and then exits the tank using a 90-degree bend down to a sewer manhole. What is the right approach to calculate the diameter of the overflow pipe so that the tank would not be flooded?
