Design of Shallow Buried Shelters

Hi Guys,

I want to learn how to design shallow buried shelter.
the shelter shall be protected against chemical, biological, radiological, Nuclear & explosives.
Is there a good handbook/guide/book with examples for such kind of structures.

I am particularly interested in the effect of earth shock load (not blast load) which acts like seismic load.

I know ASCE Blast resistant design for petrochemical plants, but they are for above ground buildings.
I am mostly interested in shallow buried structures.

"Shallow" and "Nuclear protection" are probably incompatible.
