I need a second opinion on this architectural schematic design from a structural engineering angle to relay to the architects before they finalize their designs. All inputs appreciated.

Looks complicated. The many cantilevers and offset floors will be challenging from a structural standpoint.

Looks cool, but there is no way that ends up looking anything remotely like that for any reasonable budget. At a first glance, I'm not sure you have enough length of ramps to meet many codes for max slope. I don't see much of a uniform lateral system, which further complicates things and increases costs. For what it's going to cost to live there, I wouldn't want to have to walk outside to get into my unit. Renderings show a green roof, you aren't going to get that without recessed planters or dropped roof at vegetation, which further complicates things.

Did you have a question or what?

I would suggest they not "finalize their designs" without structural engineering, but, hey... architects are gonna architect.
