I need suggestions about a software to design installations on low voltage, minimum specs but regulatory compliance required, I'm in Colombia, we have a technical law based on NEC.

I hope to find a cheap, but complete solution to start the work. I need to design the switchgear cabinet and the main distribution circuits for machinery and offices.
