Good morning, everyone.
I'm attempting to create a sheet metal layout for valve insulation blankets, and was wondering if I can use a design table for the following. If not, any ideas would be helpful.
The assembly would be composed of 3 parts : the valve itself (not in its entirety, but only two "teed" cylinders showing the flange diameters), the main valve wrap, and a bonnet wrap.
The main valve wrap and the bonnet wrap would cover the valve model, with appropriate slits for unfolding, and cutouts for the intersection of the two pieces.
I'd like all of the above sheet metal parts to relate to one another each time I input the dimensions for a valve and adjust accordingly.
Does it make sense, and can it be done?
Thanks,
Brian L.
