Design Table Icon not showing up!

Hi All,

I'm creating a design table for a very simple part and after I create the design table no icon shows up in my feature manager, and I'm unable to edit my table after creation.

It seems that the table has been created because I can no longer insert a design table. I checked my hidden tree items and Design Table is set to Automatic, the only other option is hide.

Any thoughts?

They've moved the Design Table icon to the Configurations tab.
