Hey guys.
I've got several insulation covers for valves of differing sizes. The valve covers are all VERY similar, so I was hoping to use a design table to store all the configurations in one file. Unfortunately, the cover is composed of three pieces, each of which must be shown on the drawing in a flat pattern.
I didn't think this would be a problem, until I found that I couldn't put the three parts into an assembly. The thickness of the insulation, combined with the odd "fit" of the covers goes a bit beyond SW's ability to compensate. With three-inch thick material, I simply can't fit the pieces together properly.
I'd like to have a drawing for each of these covers, showing all three pieces. Is there any way to accomplish this with a design table? I need to link dimensions from each of the three pieces (if possible), and combine them all to create one drawing per cover.
Thanks in advance for any help, guys. You've been a great help in the past.
