Detailing Questions for Catia 2

Hello again to everyone! This thread will most likely end up being several different questions regarding detailing in Catia. First question. How do I make my dimensions and text with labels to where the end of the leader is at the left center of the text and not at the bottom, which is what I am currently getting?

It is probably the drawing standard.
