Determine the size of free vent nozzle of ATM storage tank

Dear friend

I would like to know how we can determine size free vent nozzle.
to prevent vacuum pressure generated during liquid move out the tank.
It is a tank without pressure relief device and ATM operating pressure

Start with the diameter of the largest nozzle used to flow liquid in and out and you won't be far off.

Otherwsie I think it is API 2000 you need
