edmeister,

Many, many, many years ago, I had a Deutsch catalogue, and I inquired about them. I was told that it was a funny company and everything was expensive and there were all sorts of shipping problems.

Southco seems to have bought out all the quarter turn fastener manufacturers. Most are now no longer available in small quantities, including Dzus last time I checked. Camlok, also from Southco, has some very nice quarter turn fasteners in small quantities. Search their website. Maybe they bought out Deutsch!

I usually have dealt with or seen most hardware issues. Here im helping someone & am frustrated that i know almost nothing about this item.
Latest i hear its from an Elevator on a McDonnell-Douglas A-4.
attached is a 'quasi' data sheet - but it does not tell me much.
Is the pin knocked in / screwed in / or even locked?
Install tooling unknown & strength values unknown.
Holes are stretched on removal & no O/S items available.
